The deals aggregation is slow: BuildReportService.php builds a query without an index on the close date, so a quarter reads the whole table. It can be sped up without a rewrite: add an index on closed_at and compute totals incrementally by day.

Buy in your accountWhat is a credit and what does it pay for
A minute of recording costs 1 credit regardless of the number of tracks. An assistant question charges its actual cost: usually 1–3 credits, more with a large project. Chat titles are free. The balance is visible in the app and in your account.
Where is the recording stored
Audio stays on your computer. Fragments go to the server for transcription and text for answers; screenshots are stored temporarily and deleted after the answer. Answer history is kept on the server for 30 days, the local copy for as long as you need.
Do I need to tell the other person about recording
In most countries, yes. The app shows a recording indicator and reminds you about participants' consent on first launch.
What happens when credits run out
Recordings and chats stay available and local recording keeps working. New transcriptions and assistant questions become available after you get Pro or buy a pack. If credits cover part of a recording, the app offers to transcribe the available part.
Can I cancel the subscription
Yes, in your account at any time. Pro stays active until the end of the paid period, purchased credits remain. Refund terms are in the Refund Policy.
Which services transcribe and answer
Speech recognition by ElevenLabs, answers by OpenAI, payments by Paddle. The full list of sub-processors is in the Privacy Policy.
Does it work on Windows and on several devices
Yes, there are builds for macOS and Windows. One account works on several devices; the session list and sign-out from all devices are in your account.
